First, I am happy to be back posting. I had a fall this last week where I cracked a rib as well as messing up the shoulder and a foot, so I am in a bit of a haze from medication. Regardless of that, one carries on.
First up on this entry: I am Happy to Announce my new Art Calendar for 2025!
This year we are concentrating on Paintings & Ink & Pen (Airbrush is a big factor as well!)
You can check it out on Gwyllm-Art.Com!
(This piece is titled “Universal Convergence”. 10 months in the making, countless evening hours, worn out acrylic pens and chasing down the Pointillist-Mandala Connection (at least in my head) I hope to release this piece as a print in the future, I have to get a professional photographer in though or have it professionally scanned to do so.)
Mandala is the name of the game with this Calendar. I have been doing Mandala Art since I was a teenager back in Ancient Days… The art featured in this calendar goes back to 1994 to the present day. I had to sift through bunches of stuff, which on the main has never been publicly released.

Other Stuff:
I am now posting art, and culture on BlueSky. Although I have a large following on FB, Twitter etc., I am finding the political bent of those sites, along with censorship of art on FB to be problematic. Twitter is a hot pile of shite, so not going there anymore. In for the Pence in for the Pound as they say. I hope to eventually more entirely from FB, but at this point it is a focal point for communication with family, friends, and followers. We’ll see. Here is where to find me on BlueSky: Gwyllm on Bluesky
So far it seems a great site. Pretty tolerant, very low rumble of BS and Fear Mongering. Join Us!
I recently rediscovered a piece from 2010 that I put together one weekend, “Hamsa”
I had completely spaced on this one. Weird, but true. I might pursue a few more down the road. I love the simplicity of Black & White. So much you can do with the contrast.
Musical Interlude: Original Mix…
So, I have other projects I am working on, will inform all when they come at least close to fruition. I have to get over the health stuff first, and get back up on the ol’ pony.
It has been a heck of a ride these last few weeks, well, the whole year actually at least for us here at Caer Llwydd. We are expecting a new addition to the family, at the end of the month. Suzanne & Rowan (our daughter in-law and son) are expecting a wee one. Beyond thrilled. I am happy to have lived so long as to see this come about.
Even in the darkest of times there are plenty of reasons to hope, and to carry on. If we let Love & Compassion to be our guides, so much can be done to alleviate the suffering in the world.
More writings soon, I promise.
Bright Blessings,
Gwyllm
